This project was designed for a couple in Las Vegas who envisioned a serene retirement home, with the added flexibility of renting it out for vacation or business trips. The goal was to create a peaceful retreat that could double as an income-generating property, making it ideal for short-term rentals while offering comfort and luxury for future retirement.

The home features a spacious, open floor plan with multiple guest bedrooms, designed to provide both privacy and comfort for visitors. The layout includes a large, inviting living room, a beautiful open kitchen with a separated fully equipped walk-in- pantry, lots of storage and covered parking areas, and expansive outdoor spaces, ideal for entertaining guests.

The house is designed with high-end finishes, incorporating modern amenities, smart home technology, and energy-efficient solutions. The aesthetic blends contemporary style with relaxing, cozy elements to create the perfect balance between vacation rental and future retirement living. The design prioritizes comfort, relaxation, and privacy, ensuring that both short-term renters and the homeowners will feel right at home.
