This project involves the Tenant Improvement process for Birrieria Guadalajara, a traditional Mexican birria restaurant located in the heart of Bell, California. The owner wanted to create an inviting and vibrant space that showcases the rich culinary heritage of birria while providing a modern dining experience for customers.

The design features open dining areas with comfortable seating and an open kitchen for ease of preparation. Bright, colorful accents showcase Mexican culture, creating a warm atmosphere. The layout optimizes flow with clear zones for dining, ordering, and parking. Acoustic and lighting elements ensure a relaxed yet dynamic environment, perfect for both intimate meals and larger gatherings, and offering an enjoyable dining experience in California's beautiful climate.
