This residential project was designed for a young family of five, who sought to build a modern coastal retreat in the city of Dana Point, California. The primary objective was to create a modern and comfortable home that fully embraces the surrounding stepped landscape while providing a space for relaxation and contemporary living.

The floor plan includes spacious living areas, a chef-inspired kitchen, and seamless transitions to outdoor spaces designed for entertainment. The landscaped backyard BBQ patio offers privacy and a place to enjoy the coastal weather with the family.
